first time setup

I'm doing my first big show come April & I was curious about the best way to set everything up? I have 2 Elite 3 pros FB4 and I didn't know If I needed to just get a longer ethernet cord 300ft ?? (If so what kind)?. Or If there was some other type of set up that was a lot easier and efficient...
