cannot import show

Hi everyone. Please let me know if somebody can help on this!
I had an unexpected problem with my beyond ultimate and i will appreciate your advice on that. Attached you will find a print screen where you see that the software did not allow me to import any show on the timeline with the information "to many shows open". I actually have not open anything.....

All those tabs above the timeline are open shows. Try to close a couple of then and then try to import it again.
