FB4 shutter flicker

Hi all,

I have two lw Tarm RGB 3500 lasers connected via ILDA to an FB4 unit taking an Art-Net input from a Chamsys console.

The Chamsys console simply triggers different pages and cues from the FB4's SD card, which always worked fine till recently. However, recently the safety shutter on the lasers constantly drops in and out of the laser path, regardless of what page, cue, or any other parameters we change on the Chamsys console.

We have analysed our Art-Net network and nothing else is clashing with the FB4 on Art-Net.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this all of a sudden?

Could you please send us the content as Ante discussed with you on the phone an hour ago?

Also, please go into the art-net menu on the FB4 and make sure that the timeout is set to 3.0?

Hi again all,

Very sorry, problem solved. Changing the Art-Net refresh rate from the chamsys console fixed the issue somehow.
