ENTTEC Pro MK1 no DMX IN

With the Quickshow 4.0 Build 1184 it is not possible to use DMX in with my Enttec DMX USB Pro (MK1) Dongle.
I tried on different computers and FTDI-Version from 2.8.28 to 2.12.0 and 2.12.28 and the Firmware on the Dongle is 2.4 (an earlier release didn't work either).
When i select the DMX-In Button Quickshow says: DMX In Error - DMX Signal lost...
When i select the Dongle as input from the menu it shows me the right dongle and everything seems to be good. But nothing happens even when i try to see the DMX In signals...

What can i do???
 
- Did you connect the Enttec directly to your pc?
- Run the FTDI driver cleaner that is on the Enttec website : Link
- Then use the FTDI driver from Enttec their website : Link (They use an modified FTDI driver, so its important that you use theirs).

If the above does not work, try using the "pro utility" from their website to see if the DMX pro works from their software.

Let us know if that made any difference!
