How to output a video

Hi everyone. I just upgrade from quick show to Beyond and i am trying to experiment with the new software. The A/V track is an amazing feature of beyond but i just don't get it how to output my video track to an LCD projector. Any help will be appreciated!

Just open the context menu in the video window and select the desired connected screen
