I can use grandMA3 onPC command wing + grandMA2 onPC.
Can GrandMA 2 Definitions be used on shared pangolin page?

MA3 command wing will not work with MA2 onPC. You can only use MA3 software.

The fixture profiles will work with both softwares though.
