Fb4 on timecode

Hi
I am working on project where medialon is controlling through artnet light n Laser...
I upload all the nessary file on fb4. But Medialom is not able to connect fb4... Can someone suggest how to workout.
I have a doubt on fb4 setting... Plz guide on that also.
