Copy effects from one workspace to another ?

Hi all i have been jumping around between the old default workspace and the new FB4 content workspace ( which is great how ever when i do this i loose all the effects down the bottom of the work space, is there a way to transfer these effects between workspaces ?

This is very old feature (QS 1.0 times). Look at main menu File -> Open And Replace FX, Save FX...
