Video convert

I’m just getting started with lasers and I’m wondering how you convert video into a laser projection. Is there a simple way to do it?
Do I need to first create everything in Blender 3D, make the animation there, and then convert it into a video?

do you have this program? Its posible to send you some compilation and you do this, because I must check it's work
In version free I don't have posibility to export files

I use beyond ultimate to change video to laser, so simple and i can do it on a timeline unlike madlaser, i also convert alot or video projection to laser, projection mapping. You carnt projection map with madlaser as good as you can with beyond due to many reasons which make sense when you know, check out my work, happy to help you work out techniques
