beyond essentials

Hello, let me introduce myself. I'm Pocong from Indonesia. I'm currently studying Beyond. I bought the essential version, but why can't it access the Visual Capture app? What's wrong with my settings? Please help me. I've been searching for all the methods for a week, but I haven't found any.

I wanted to know whether we can connect Beyond Essentials to Grand MA3 with Artnet connection. and also what are the advantages of having ultimate over essentials in this particular scenario? Thanks!
