fb4 beyond fps

Can anyone tell me what the color meanings for the FPS/points displays are? Sometimes yellow/amber, sometimes green, red for overload(?), occasionally grey.... Any ideas? I have been guessing but it would be nice to actually know... Picture attached of what I am talking about.
