APC mini MKII - Second Grid Midi template?

Hello

Just checking if anyone knows an easy way to change so that the Midi template for the APC mini MKII could work onthe second grid instead of the first grid.

Im having an APC40 MKII for the first gris and now want to control the second grid with the APC mini .

Is there any profile out there or is it possible in a easy way to get this working with the current one maped for grid 1.

I see in the script there is a way to change the grid but i cant really get it to work..

Yea exaclty... i can do that by just mapping the new APC mini to the second grid.. But there is no lights on them.. i have actually started giving each button colors, but its so tiduous work and the way to change the codes in the "Grid Output" settings is sooo crazy how its builded.



If @Pangolin see´s this message i hope you perhaps can add a function to edit this much easier. An export function to a csv or txt file for each column or the whole table would be great.. Then one could import it into excell and have this done in under 5 minutes.. Now its like 2 hours to just change a simple color setting.

But to clearify.. im just basicly wondering if anyone has a midi profile ready for "Grid 2" becouse all midi pofiles i can see out there only has for "Grid 1"?

By using Grid nr 2 on a second monitor and the Grid 2 only mapped to my APC mini MkII the use for "Destination Cues" get you an really cool way of controling big shows with more then 10 + projectors. Im right now working on a show with over 40 projectors.

I didnt see any Secondary Grid midi profiles so here it is.
Hope you like "pink color"

# Its designed for 8x8 grid and all pads are mapped for it.
# Extra buttons: Down, up, left and right buttons on the "mini" is for scrolling throught categories and pages (in the secondary grid only).
# Shift button on the "mini" is for FX layers 1-4 (just hold the "Shift")

I did this custom profile just to be able to use another controller for the "First Grid" and to use the APC mini mk2 for the Second grid.

Thanks, Sounds similar to what I'm trying to do. Wanna use the APC mini Mk2 for just triggering cues, left side for group x right side for group y, and just use the APC40ii for everything else. working on moving all the FX selection from the 16 button rows above the sliders to the main grid and have set up colours to represent all the colour FX I want and put that in the init pangoscript but the bit I can't figure out is how to stop the main grid buttons changing colour when I change pages. Everytime I hange to a different page in the main window, Beyond communicates with the APC40 and lights up the main cue buttons to represent the cues on the page, I've remapped the buttons so they don't trigger the cues but the changing of the LED colour is what I'm trying to figure out.

Thank you for sharing! Been meaning to do this for a while. If I add anything cool, I’ll share it back.

It would be great to be given a few extra features like export to CSV and import etc. ability to automatically colour buttons the same as the workspace cue
