Beyond 5.2 Animation Speed

Hi,

I am somewhat new to programming lasers in Beyond. I am wondering if there's a way to have the animation speed set as an effect (as in "Effect Line" in the timeline)? I want to be able to manipulate the speed of each laser cue in my timeline, regardless of track tempo.

I am used to playing the lasers live using a APC40 board, so it has been rather difficult to translate certain aspects over to programming in the timeline.

Any and all info is appreciated.

If you have beyond advanced, and access to pango script, you may be able right click properties on a cue, that you bringing into the time line, and add a pango script with animation speed set slower faster than tempo ... you will need to experiment to see if pango script is executed and respected over tempo
