    Hi,

i think i found a big Bug in Livepro. I tryed for hours, but my Behringer BCF2000 Midicontroller won`t work with livepro. Then i tryed 4.35 and it worked without any problems!
I tryed to reset both versions, but i got the same effekt. Is this "bug" known?

The Bug: i select my controller and moved my faders, but the software didn`t response.

is there a version between 4,35 and 4.5?

By the way. Is it possible to get an output signal for the faders? The bcf2000 has got motorised faders and i like to use this function..

    best wishes
and thanks for this great software!! :D

Yes, I do believe that there is a problem with MIDI with the June 2008 release of LivePRO for both the QM2000 and FB3. We only recently discovered the problem after it was reported by another client.

Incidentally, this shows the importance of reporting problems (and reporting them directly to Pangolin, preferably using our contact form) as soon as they are discovered, so they can be found and fixed quickly!!

We will be posting an update to both the QM2000 and FB3 version of LivePRO soon. Keep an eye on the "What's new at Pangolin" web page for more information.

I have managed to get our BCF2000 working with LivePro. First make sure the firmware in the BCF2000 is updated to the latest version (V1.10). Then make sure that you are using the latest drivers for windows from Behringer (v1.2.1.3). This changed the appearance of the BCF2000 from "USB device" to "BCF2000(1)" in the midi configuration window. Hey ho then it works. The updates are on this page:

    Hope this helps.

For some reason the Behringer BCF2000 just will not work with livePRO v4.50 Build 1958. I reverted to build 1950 and it works fine.

Please clarify what you mean by "Remote Zero". Also clarify if you are talking about LivePRO for the QM2000 or LivePRO for FB3.

It would be very nice and good to receive a simple notice of those updates by e-mail. I think it would be ideal to be able to sign up to a support-mailinglist where small (and big) updates are announced.

    Hi Jeroen,

We do send notices out to registered members. There is a way you can register your software with Pangolin on the Pangolin web site here:
    http://www.pangolin.com/registration.htm

But we only send notices out for major updates, not minor bug fixes. If you notice a problem with the software, you can write to us using our contact form, and then we will let you know when there is a solution. The contact form can be found here:
    http://www.pangolin.com/contact/

And another great way to find out what is happening at Pangolin is to see the "What's new at Pangolin" web page here:
    http://www.pangolin.com/whatsnew.htm

    Best regards,
