can not import more shows to cues

i am getting this message when im trying to import more shows to cues

How much internal memory do you have in your machine?

The cue grid is directly loaded into internal memory.

Can you check the windows resources how much memory you have free?

My bet is that its almost full.

my hd is 250G and 170G free space
and i have 4GB of ram memory
is that what you mean ?

Yes.. check how much from that 4Gb is still available when your workspace is loaded.

I believe because QuickShow is a 32 bit program it cannot see/utilize more than 2 or 3GB of system RAM.

I suggest removing the cues you will not be using from your workspace then save it off as a workspace of "Shows".

i got 1 GB free and the rest is in use

That sounds right; you have 4GB, QS can use 2 to 3GB, you have 1 left.

I would try clearing out the workspace then loading your shows and see how many you can get loaded.

is there is no way i can increase it by using my virtual memory ?
