can't connect with fb4

Hello guy!
i use Alienware laptop, and i can't connect with FB4 in Beyond, but i can connect with ethernet like MA or Matrix
i reinstall my window ,my Beyond and uptodate already and install new firmware of my ethernet, but it can't connect with FB4

Please check which mode FB4 is set on the FB4 electronic display. Beyond/Qs mode must be set there. Then try to set the Auto IP. This should most likely help.
If that doesn't help, write here and we'll try to find a reason together.
