Capture Visualization Question

I just picked up Capture and I am having trouble getting output from Beyond. I have done most steps to get the programs to talk. Capture sees Pangolin under the media tab, and when in projection zones setting on Pangolin the test pattern even shows on Capture. However no cues will show on Capture. All cues are routed to the proper zones. The laser preview window in Beyond is not showing cues playing either...

When using a 3rd party visuliser, it is required that you contact pangolin and request a modifid licence, for the requested visulisation package. a new licence .bmp file is provided and hey presto the visuliser will work. I am not sure how this is handeled with new online licecning

Moderator update: Since the release of BEYOND 5, it is no longer needed to ask for a modified license.

For the internal visulisation:
1 - click the 9 squares inthe top right to see several cue previews.
2 - right click the single square / frame in the top right and selct the zone you are looking to see, my be is you have some odd zone selected for preview and when you running cues they are running in different to what is selected zones..... hope this helps
