hello , I am trying to connect BEYOND 5.1 and Realizzer. 1.9 I follow the tutorial on the channels Pangolin or manual realizzer. , need only 3 lasers, projectionlasers in beyond are in the advanced tab set as lasersource 1, 2 or 3, also lasersource in realizzer are correct source 1,2 or 3. It still does not active the outputlasers in realizzer. the setup network tab in beyond is at automaticaly and beam brusch data is inactif. Can someone help?
When the visualizer stream is active, you should see an icon in the tray bar? If so, my suspicion is that the issue lays at the other side. But please contact us on support@pangolin.com so we can figure it out.
That is my suspicion then yes. That icon tells you that BEYOND is sending data. Now if it reaches its destination, that is now the question. If its not the firewall, I suspect its something on the receiving end of things.
