convert image help please

hi could someone help me im new to this i just got phoneix live 4 and did not know you could not transfer images and i have a party booked is there other way i could do this as i have spent all my money on my new equipment and am i right in thinking i need to buy media converter

What is the file format of your actual image and what file format does it need to be converted to for Phoenix live 4?
