create virtual movie shooting (as in the video tutorial Qs)

Hi, I want to make a movie to show to our customers, inside the show I did, for it is there any particular setting or command, you use another program? I have a problem using a regular video camera, the images flash and certainly will not make a good impression to the customer.
I really hope someone can help me.

I think you need an screen recorder. something like Camstudio for example.

Is that what you mean?
