De-authorize Key for Beyond Essential

I am only discovering the software than one big question stays in my mind before i buy a licence.
Is there a way to de-authorize an Essential licence from a computer to use another computer without the needs of buying a new one ?

There is NO need to buy a new license for another computer. It will be enough to register on a new computer.
