    Dear Laserheerlen,

Did it work before on that PC?
Did you change anything on that PC between the last time you started Phoenix and now?
Which Phoenix version do you use?
What operating system do you use?
Does the dongle light up when you start the software?
Is the dongle connected directly to your PC?

    Kind regards

    Daniel

hi daniel , im Serge (laserheerlen)
yes it did work on my pc 2 years.
i use the latest Phoenix version 4.20 pro and live the programs are on 2 difrent computers. 1 windows 10 for the pro version and 1 on windows 7 for the live version.
the dongle is direct conected to the pc.
it flashes when i start Phoenix pro. directly i get no dongle found on my screen.. this is on both computers and operating systems..
when i insert the live dongle in windows 7 pc then the live version recognise the live dongle fine.

    sorry for my english..

    Serge.

    Dear Serge,

The Windows 10 version of Phoenix has not been released yet (but will be in a short period of time).
So about any issue on Windows 10, please wait for the Windows 10 supporting release of Phoenix.
Please do not use Phoenix 4.20 on Windows 10 yet.

Can you please send me your dongle serial number?!
Open Phoenix CAD and when started, choose "Help>About PicEdit..." from the top menu.
    Send it to [email protected]

The Phoenix Pro and Live license is on one dongle, right? Or are these separate dongles?
The Phoenix Pro version does not contain the Phoenix Live version. These are separate licenses.

    Kind regards
    Daniel

    Dear Ben,

So the issue is only about the PRO dongle, right?
The small orange or blue USB dongles are not connected at the same time to the PC when you try to start Phoenix, right?
And that PRO dongle worked on the Windows 7 PC before?
The computer at the shop has what operating system?
If the PRO dongle worked before with Phoenix4 4.20 on a Win7 or Win8 /8.1 there is no need for an upgrade.

    Kind regards

    Daniel
