Exchange QM2000 with Beyond license

Hello,

some questions regarding the exchange:
- How do I request this exchange (e-mail, web site, ...)?
- Who exchanges the old QM2000 to the new FB03 (Pangolin Florida, lokal Pangolin department, local Pangolin dealer)?
- What is the fee for the new FB03?

This is something which is very annoying given that I have an FB4 and a QM2000, however when I upgraded to Ultimate, I only had my QM2000 handy and as such needed to quickly get a licence working.
Now I am going to have to return my QM2000 so that I’m able to have the same license I already own transferred to an FB4 I already own at a cost and loose my QM2000 at the same time which I still use for Legacy work.

kind of a bummer really. …. If only I knew before I would have just rented a license to get the job done.

I'm sorry that there was such a misunderstanding.
Nevertheless, you can use your previous works on FB4 as well, since Beyond has import shows created on LD2000
