FB4 Beyond Connection Problem

Hello,
I'm beginner of using Beyond software

and I want to connect our Laser Products with FB4 SD to Beyond software in my laptop
but in connection window, I can't go next step with endless waiting

How can I Solve this?
Plz Give me help...


PC's IP : 2.100.100.250
Product's IP : 2.100.100.100
Subnet Mask : 255.0.0.0
