FB4-XE problem

Good day! Two controllers stopped working at the same time. The status constantly changes from connected to disconnected.
When disconnected, the controller display goes out and does not respond to pressing, after which it turns on again for a few seconds and so on every time. I tried changing the SD card, it did not help.

I noticed that beyond says it needs a firmware update. Definitely mail support to ask for help, give them as much information as you can. They are usually pretty quick to get back to you and help.

You say that two of them stopped working at the same time, were they already installed in something and working fine until one day they stopped or is this the first time you've plugged them in and this is happening?

Maybe before going to support, are you sure it's getting good power? It could be rebooting due to low voltage/current once it starts talking to beyond. All lights go off for a moment, including the green power one.

If you're using that same power supply to test both fb4 and they both have the same problem, I'd be looking at the power supply, wires and JST connector first of all. Are you able to test what voltage the power supply is giving?
