Look at the attached picture. How to set a figure to rotate around an exact position when editing the timeline effect

Not exactly what your after but you can try this:
In the Frame Editor put the white dot in the center and place your frame accordingly.
In the Timeline use rotate and position as needed.
 
Isn't there a quick way? Sometimes, when using a dancer to interact with a laser pattern, we need to move a rectangle from left to right, and then rotate the rectangle around a particular position

Thank you. I know you can adjust the center point to do this, However, the position of the axis of rotation in this method has no reference point and can only be tried and adjusted repeatedl。 it's usually very imprecise and slow, and I wonder if there's a faster way?
