You should find a link to the audio file

Please double click the file on the a/v strip. Then a new window will open where you need to select the audio file from its current location on your drive. Then the file should be (re-imported) into the show. This you can do for both QuickShow and BEYOND.
If the file is still not loading, could you try to play it with an external application like VLC?
