Issue with Live Pro, \"the handle is invalid\"

    Hello,
I need some help. I have an LD 2000 Pro, running ver 4.10a, on a P4 3.2 Ghz, with 1 gig ram, and an ATI 9800 video card running 2 monitors. All runs fine except, when I open Live Pro I recieve the following message: "Can't initialize Enhanced Reality Preview -- ChoosePixelFormat failed", "The handle is invaild". Then Live Pro opens, and all runs expect the preview. Dose anyone have any Idea's what would be causing this, any help would be much apreciated!
    Thanks
    Jason

    Hi Jason,

You may have a pretty old version of LivePRO. I believe we fixed all Enhanced Reality problems in a previous version.

Please make sure you are using the latest version which can be found in the Downloads section of our web site. If you continue to have problems, please contact us using our Contact form, and we will have to send us some special log files for analysis. You can find our contact form here:

Yup, that worked fine!!! Thanks again. I thought the automatic update was keeping everything, including Livepro up to date. I guess It did not, when I performed the full system update. Thanks for all the Help works fine now!
