Maximum length Cat5 cable to FB4

Is there any experience of the maximum length CAT5 cable to the FB4 that can be used.
Would a CAT6 or CAT6e be required or better

Perfect results with my first set-up:

Laptop, 50 meter cable, FB4-EX, 4,5 meter ILDA parallel cable.
CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) patchkabel 50m oranje kopen? (utp-kabel.nl)
Premium seriële RS232 verlengkabel 25-pins SUB-D (m) - 25-pins SUB-D (v) / gegoten connectoren - 4,5 meter (onlinekabelshop.nl)

If longer lengths are tested I will update this thread

Maximum cat5 is 100m. But you can even make it longer by putting a switch in between. Cat6 is not per say better.
