Need a Command to change values of other buttons

Basically I have an apc mini I am gonna use for color and effects. I am going to break down the first 4x8 lines for colors and the rest for effects. So basically I want a button to act as a page button, so the 4x8 values for quick fx color (1-32) can change to (33 -64) but remain on the first 4x8 buttons
