Network problems

I´ve a problem with connecting my laptop and pc on a barebone where I have my QM2000 board inside. Connected bu CAT 5 cable .

When I look at the preview screen well by the laptop and normaly pc, the pictures are blokking . But when I look at the preview by the barebone the pictures looks well.

I think I´ve got a problem with network connections.

On the barebone is installed Windows XP Pro and on the laptop and pc is Windows 7 installed.

Who have the sollutions for me.
