New ENTTEC pro Mk2

HI,

I was wondering if the new interface from ENTTEC, the DMX usb Pro Mk2 is compatible with Beyond (since it can control 2 universe, I thought it would more interesting than the usb pro). If not, will it be in the future? Thank you.

I have gotten the MKII to work in both QuickShow and BEYOND. You have to install the old MKI driver that is located on the install disk.

I am not sure you can run two universes from an ENTTEC in BEYOND but will have to verify.
 
Recommended solution is ArtNet to DMX converter that is also in product line of EntTec.

BEYOND do not support two universes by means of COM/FTDI interface.

In general, network based connection seems more attractive.
 
I believe Bob has had good results with the ODE. He has a thread or two posted on it around here somewhere. I'll reply again if I run around one.
 
I have an Enttec ODE, and it works great!.

Theoretically any art-net capable device should work.
Not only the ODE.
