Number of hardware points "to high"

I have created a vector graphic in the Advanced Frame Editor with approx. 800 software points. However, approx. 2500 hardware points are added to this. Despite the approx. ONLY 800 software points of the graphic, the output has a scan value of approx. 8 FPS.
How can the number of hardware points be influenced for a "better" (higher) FPS?
