QuickDMX Steps not hold (beyond5.5)

I want to hold the DMX output at a specified Step when playing different cues.
I change the cue, the DMX value goes to Step1.

QuickDMX
Step1 Value:49
Step2 Value:255

Cue1->Step1->Step2->Cue2
I want DMX Step2 value but output is Step1 value
(Step 2 is the highlight)
