Routing timeline audio -> FFT -> to a Channel? Possible? How?

Can the output of a wav file be fed into the FFT analyzer and then be routed to a channel?
My "Audio Tab" in Quicktools only has input options from external sources.

My goal is to have FX on the Timeline content use values from the audio the timeline is currently playing.
