Hello everyone, I would like to ask why I have done everything I should do, but the program running ShowProTracks does not light up, and the programs running normally are not displayed. All the projection areas of ShowProTracks can be output normally. I have set the real-time control and the brightness in ProTracks mode is full, but it still does not light up thank you

It looks like the talk about DEMO version of BEYOND.

If you are using full version, let it know, the visibility depends from license version. Demo is a separator story.
