D dennisthemenace Well-Known Member Aug 15, 2014 #3 i had the same when i checked my projectors today, turned out to be a grounding problem inside one of the projectors. Open up your projector and see if the ground has a good connection to the laser box. Mine is solved now

When using sound with the computer, you should be using something called a "DI box". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DI_unit The most valuable feature that the DI box provides is isolation. That eliminates ground problems mentioned by Dennis.
