Targets and live control

I am just wondering why the live controls do not alter target beams?

I can understand positioning/rotation etc. would be stupid, but I would like to apply colouring or quickeffect colours to targets.

Target beams are static.

By nature these beams are high power and made for bouncing or just shooting them ABOVE the audiance.

If such a beam hits an eye, that person has an hole in there eye.
Dus for safety reasons, these beams can not be moved.

Well, only within the config screen.

Coloring can be done on the quicktarget tab at the bottom of the screen. When the function is activated.
