Today I downloaded the new update QS 5.5 and overwrote the old version, then plugged the FB3 into my PC and suddenly Windows 10 no longer recognizes the FB3, in the device manager the FB3 is listed as an unrecognized device in the QS folder Under drivers there are only Windows 7 drivers but someone has a Win 10 driver for the FB3 Thanks

That driver is also for Windows 10 and 11. Please contact support for further support.
