Hi, just wondering if the following way would be the best way to get an ILDA compatible output from a FB3 card while using differential scan amps:

FB3 / Name / ILDA 25D
1 / X Signal / 1
2 / X Gnd / 14
3 / Y Signal / 2
4 / Y Gnd / 15
5 / Intensity signal / 3
6 / Intensity Gnd / 16
7 / Interlock A / 4
8 / Interlock B / 17
9 / Red Signal / 5
10 / Red Gnd / 18
11 / Green Signal / 6
12 / Green Gnd / 19
13 / Blue Signal / 7
14 / Blue Gnd / 20
15 / Shutter Signal / 13
16 / Shutter Gnd / 25

Also are the outputs of the differential board the same as the DMX board projector outputs? Does anyone know if it is possible to purchase a FB3 DMX board separately and if so what they cost?

?

Any answers, is this good ?

differential or single-ended amplifier???

you state you are using differential scan-amps. these would have either 3 input pins per axis i.e. X+, 0v & X-; or 2 input pins i.e X+ & X-.

as you have written 'X-signal' and 'x-gnd' this suggests that you are using single-ended scan-amps.

As the info says...

I stated this as I am indeed using differential amps but the information provided with the FB3 card (Oct 2007 version) gives these pin assignments. Hence my slight confusion. I have since assumed that it was two pins as you stated (xsignal to x+ and xgnd to x-) and everything works just fine.:)
