How do I give a different duration to each step in the Quick DMX?

You can't. You need to do some maths - make each step a whole multiple of the smallest step, and put repeated values in where necessary. Whilst this is a bit of a limitation, this is laser software, not lighting software, so DMX is a bonus

I don’t have an Enttec to test it
Maybe some one can try that in Beyond or QS
You can drag the preview window of Quick DMX to a cue and in cue properties you can change step duration
You can also drag that cue to the time line and give it the length you need and in the event properties you can change time and repeats
