Hi guys, once again im new to lasers, its software, and this forum.

I was wondering if its possible to turn an image you've quicktraced into a beam. I wanna try turn a logo of an event i work for into a beam to see what it looks like. The logo itself is perfect for laser projection

Attached (you should) find a copy of the logo

Import pic into QuickTrace
Fiddle with adjustments till it looks like you want in preview window
Drag the resultant pic into an empty cue
Show it Now
Enable laser
You can apply the FX effects to make it even better.

Hope this helped.

Yes what rodman wrote is indeed correct.

The green textured and blurry background on this makes the logo a bit difficult to trace. For some stubborn logos, additional adjustments may be needed in PhotoShop.
