How can I control a fog machine in Beyond using the provided DMX In/Out cable?

The QM2000 DMX connector is not accessable in BEYOND at this time. You will need to get an ENTTEC DMX USB Pro device to connect BEYOND to your fogger or use ArtNET for DMX connection to the fogger.
If you want to use the DMX out on the QM2000 you could always run the QMX24 program as well as Beyond. You can then trigger the smoke machine when you want.

You can use art net or an Enttec USB DMX pro or an Enttec USB pro mk2.
Personally I preffer Art-net, saves me the trouble of using USB.
