39ch

Hi, I am having no joy in getting the 39ch dmx mode to work on my two FB4's (in Tarm 2.5 lasers). The 16ch mode works, but I cannot get the 39ch mode to work at all. The red led does not light, in setup or run mode. I have tried both DMX and Artnet, and the devices have been set to the correct...
