Problems with 39ch DMX mode of FB4

    Hi,
    I am having no joy in getting the 39ch dmx mode to work on my two FB4's (in Tarm 2.5 lasers).
    The 16ch mode works, but I cannot get the 39ch mode to work at all.
    The red led does not light, in setup or run mode.
    I have tried both DMX and Artnet, and the devices have been set to the correct address and in FB4 mode.
    I have also tried two different lighting consoles.
    What am I missing?
    I would be grateful for any advice.

    Both devices are FB4 Max units.

    Hi did you manage to find a solution im on the vista desk with the same problem tried the 16h after reading this and that works but 39 wont.
