Hi, I’m trying to connect the Beyend extended to L8 visualizer, there is no connection. and in the settings window - configuration - network - the visualization cell is not active. what is needed so that everything works for me

Hi, when i place a laser in Realizzer, I try activating it by clicking on "is Patched" and "Activate", but nothing seems to happen. When i watched a video tutorial, the person explaining says the laser is supposed to turn on. The video projection works, just not the lasers.

We are using Capture Polar with Beyond and Pangolin Showtime. Beyond seems to be limited to 4 fixtures.. Is that the case? How do we get more fixtures? Showtime seems to be limited to one projector.. In the LC Gateway Capture only sees the first projection zone that it sees. How do we...
