2nd QM2000 board causing problems - help please

When I go into Showtime and tell it I have a 2nd scanner I get splatting (for lack of a better term). My scanners kinda freak out, they throw laser everywhere. They don't do it all the time, just enough to be a real problem. If I don't go into "settings" "projection zones" and tell it zone 2 is scanner 2, it works fine. Have I done something simple wrong? I seem to have everything wired right.

It's impossible for us to grasp what you are trying to convey, given only the words in the forum post. If you can take pictures or a video, that would help.

Also, if you could supply much more of a step by step instruction of what we need to do at Pangolin to see the problem, that would be very helpful. And if you could make the problem happen with one of the Pangolin default shows, that is also helpful.

If we can see the problem at Pangolin office, I am sure we can fix it. But we need more instructions from you in order to see the problem.
