  1. Place the FB4 in “playback mode”.
    Do the actual show performance and have the ability to use shape generators.


    What are these Shape Generators in the 39 chn. dmx profile, that the manual talks about?
    How does that work?
 
The FB4 in playback mode does not have the ability to use shape generators.
If you create something in QuickShow or BEYOND, the generated shape will be played as it has been generated by the software.

The shape generator https://wiki.pangolin.com/hardware:fb4:dmx39 that is being discussed here, is the shape generator of the DMX console, not something that FB4 does.
