Hi, I created a new frame in the universe to import background video, and made almost maximum parameter settings, but there is always a very large black area in the upper and lower areas of the video (see the attached picture 1,2), which will cause the video image to look distorted and blurred. I try to change the aspect ratio of this video with other software, but I still have the same problem. Who has a good way to make the video in the universe frame look clearer? Thanks!
