Is there any way to adjust the cue properties of multiple cues at the same time,.
I frequently use two or more lasers in a set up and assign them all on seperate zones so I can set the geometric correction and BAM individually for each,
However when the show runs many times I want all of my cues to pay to all of the lasers.
The only way I see to do this is to edit every cue properties and assign it to all two or more zones, This is EXTREMELY time consuming to do one at a time. \
    Any options

You can do this by enabling different zones in the laser preview window after clicking the grid at the top left corner or right click to show zone boxes. Hold Ctrl and Click on the Zones you want each cue to output to such as Zone 1, 2, 3 etc then click a cue and it shows on all 3. The only exception is cues like targeted beams that have the checkmark not to allow override in each cue setting.
